Use Instructions: 1. Remove folded liners from box. Unfold all liners.2. Place perforated sifting liners facing up (solid liner on bottom).3. Align perforations in middle of pan.4. Using the included rubber band, secure liner to cat pan.5. Add clumping cat litter to pan.6. Once litter is soiled, use top liner to sift cat waste from good litter.7. Dispose of top liner and litter-free cat waste.
