BARBARA WRIGHT (Birmingham, US) I've been using Cactus Grandifloris for over 30 years to prevent the numbness, white fingers, and pain associated with Raynaud's Syndrome. I start taking when the weather turns cool (I live in the south) and can cease taking in the spring. Take 15-30 drops in a shot glass of warm water first thing in the morning, and again at night if needed. I've been taking since 1987 and have never had another problem with Raynaud's.
