Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Sennosides 15 mg Stimulant laxative.

Inactive Ingredients: cocoa powder, hydrogenated vegetable oils (palm kernel, palm), salt, soy lecithin, sugar, vanilla, whey powder (milk).

Suggestions

Adults and children 12 years of age and older chew 2 chocolated pieces once or twice daily. Children 6 to under 12 years of age chew 1 chocolated piece once or twice daily. Children under 6 years of age ask a doctor.

WORKS OVER NIGHT

I take two small pieces at night, and the next morning they work. However I did notice that if I took two pills without really feeling "bloated" it may not work. These pills work best as a "laxative helper", if you haven't had enough roughage. There is no mixing required, and the taste is like milk chocolate. The only difficulty I have is finding them in most stores, so I order them online.
